Edinburgh | £40,000–£50,000 + Share of Tips + Pension

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Area Manager to join a well-established hospitality business, overseeing two premium venues in Edinburgh.

We're looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for exceptional hospitality, strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop high-performing management teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a premium restaurant, café or hotel background who thrives in an operational role and enjoys leading from the front.

The Role

* Oversee the day-to-day operation of two established venues.

* Support, coach and develop management teams.

* Drive exceptional guest service and operational standards.

* Manage labour costs and improve commercial performance.

* Ensure consistency across both sites through strong leadership and attention to detail.

* Be actively involved in service and lead by example.

About You

* Previous multi-site, Operations Manager or senior General Manager experience.

* Background within premium hospitality.

* Strong financial and labour management experience.

* Excellent leadership and coaching skills.

* Meticulous attention to detail.

* Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Package

* £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience.

* Pension.

* 48-hour contract.

* 5-day working week.
