The Position - ARP Teacher

The school is seeking an innovative, forward-thinking and passionate ARP Teacher to lead their Resource Base from September 2026. The successful ARP Teacher will play a key role in supporting pupils with ASD, delivering a creative, well-structured and personalised curriculum that meets a wide range of needs.You will be working with children who all have an EHCP and a primary diagnosis of ASD, supporting both their academic and personal development. A nurturing approach is essential, as well as strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learners.The ideal candidate will have high aspirations for all pupils and will support their integration into mainstream classes through careful planning and a strengths-based approach.
