Asbestos Project Manager

Job Description

* Manage and deliver asbestos remedial programmes across a residential housing portfolio

* Plan, scope and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance, quality and budget targets are met

* Audit completed works to ensure compliance with asbestos regulations, health & safety and quality standards

* Carry out compliance survey audits and maintain accurate records

* Manage customer queries and complaints, providing a high standard of service

* Identify and report project risks, issues and lessons learned

* Work closely with internal teams and contractors to deliver projects efficiently

Requirements

* BOHS P402 or P403 & P404 (or equivalent)

* Experience in asbestos management within housing, construction, consultancy or contractor environments

* Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation, CDM regulations and compliance requirements

* Experience managing contractors and delivering projects

* Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

* Able to work independently, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines

* Full UK driving licence
