Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Location: Nottingham, East Midlands Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent | Full-time A well-established environmental consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Nottingham and the wider East Midlands region. This is an excellent opportunity for a dual-qualified Surveyor / Analyst to join a stable consultancy with a structured workload and strong pipeline of work across domestic and commercial properties. What's on Offer * £38,000 - £43,000 salary (DOE) * 40-hour working week * 22 days annual leave + bank holidays * Additional birthday day off * Annual bonus opportunities * Company vehicle provided * Long-term, stable role within a supportive team The Role * Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 guidance * Undertaking air monitoring, four stage clearances, leak testing, and reassurance sampling in line with HSG248 * Working across a range of domestic and commercial properties * Producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports * Managing your own diary and workload effectively * Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance Requirements * BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or equivalent) * Previous experience working in a Surveyor / Analyst or dual role * Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively * Full UK driving licence If this role interests you, or if you are interested in hearing about other Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst opportunities, please contact Aidan Morgan on (phone number removed) or email .
