What's on Offer £38,000 - £42,000 salary depending on experience Company vehicle provided Consistent workload with well-planned project scheduling Primarily commercial and mixed-use site work Clear operational support and strong technical standards Long-term stability within a well-established consultancy Opportunity to continue developing experience within a professional team The Role Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264 guidance Surveying a range of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties across the South East Accurately identifying and assessing asbestos-containing materials Producing clear, detailed, and compliant survey reports Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal colleagues Managing site visits and reporting deadlines effectively Ensuring all work is delivered in line with current legislation, HSE guidance, and company quality procedures Requirements BOHS P402 qualification (or recognised equivalent) Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS-accredited consultancy Strong working knowledge of asbestos regulations and best practice Ability to organise and manage a field-based workload independently Good communication and report writing skills Full UK driving licence This position offers the chance to join a consultancy where surveyors are trusted to manage their work professionally, with the backing of a supportive team and an established client base.
