Golden Fox Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading facilities and environmental consultancy to recruit an experienced Commercial Asbestos Surveyor. Operating across a strong portfolio of long-term contracts, this consultancy delivers high-quality compliance services to major clients throughout the South West.
This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking for stability, strong benefits and consistent commercial work.
As a Commercial Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering surveying services across a range of commercial environments, working on established client contracts.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
* Working exclusively on commercial properties
* Sampling and accurately recording asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)
* Producing clear, detailed and compliant survey reports
* Ensuring all work meets UKAS standards and current legislation
To be considered for this position, you must have:
* BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Asbestos Surveyor
* Proven experience working within commercial environments
* Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos regulations
* A professional and reliable approach to work
* Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
* £37,000 – £43,000 depending on experience
* Company vehicle with personal use permitted
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
