Location: Coventry, CV3
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:30am – 4:00pm | Friday, 7:30am – 11:30am
We are currently recruiting for a number of Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in Coventry.
Working within a clean and organised production environment, you will be responsible for assembling electrical products and components, carrying out quality checks, and supporting the day-to-day production process. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work and have a keen eye for detail.
Full training will be provided on products, processes, and company procedures.
Key Duties
* Assembling electrical components and products to specification
* Cutting, preparing, and organising wires for production
* Carrying out general assembly and production tasks
* Using small hand tools and assembly equipment
* Following work instructions and quality standards
* Conducting visual quality checks on finished products
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy work area
* Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience
* Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
* Ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Able to follow instructions and work to quality standards
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
