Salary: £26,700 – £31,000 per year + bonus + overtime
We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives for permanent, full-time positions with a well-established manufacturing business in the Milton Keynes area. These are year-round roles offering long-term stability across multiple sites and shift patterns.
This is a hands-on position, ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career within a manufacturing environment.
The Role
* Mechanical and electrical assembly of components
* Working across different stages of the production process
* Following build instructions and quality procedures
* Maintaining health and safety standards
* Supporting team productivity and improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
* Previous assembly, production, or hands-on experience is beneficial
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions and processes
* Basic computer skills
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team
Working Hours
Various shift patterns available depending on site and department.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary between £26,700 and £31,000 per year depending on skills and training
* Weekly performance bonus
* Overtime paid at enhanced rates
* Annual bonus scheme
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
