Assembly Operatives – Immediate Opportunities Locations: Milton Keynes area (multiple sites) Pay: £12.37 – £14.94 per hour + bonus + overtime We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in the Milton Keynes area, with opportunities available across multiple sites and shift patterns. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who enjoy practical work within a production or manufacturing environment. You will be involved in various stages of the assembly process and will work as part of a team to ensure products are built efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Assembly of components as part of a structured manufacturing process * Supporting different stages of production when required * Following build instructions and quality procedures * Working in line with health and safety guidelines * Contributing to team productivity and continuous improvement initiatives Skills & Experience * Previous experience in assembly, production, or a similar hands-on role is beneficial * Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions * Basic computer literacy * Strong teamwork and communication skills * A proactive and reliable approach to work Working Hours Positions are available across different shift patterns, depending on the site and department.
