Benefits & Perks: Competitive pay starting at £14.56 per hour (PAYE) Overtime available at x1.5 Work with a leading organisation in the mobility sector Supportive and inclusive workplace culture Further details on benefits will be shared during the application process Responsibilities: As an Assembly Operative, you will: Execute fast-paced assembly operations on various assemblies and sub-assemblies Assemble parts, semi-products, or components according to detailed plans utilise a limited number of specialised tools effectively Conduct quality sight checks to ensure functionality Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): To thrive in this role, you should have: Previous experience as a production operative, assembly operative, or in a shop floor setting Skills in assisting with mechanical overhauls (disassembly and assembly) Experience in failure and root cause analysis Ability to perform necessary repairs and conduct quality checks to industry standards Strong eye for detail and health & safety awareness Motivation and a focus on quality-driven work Excellent relationship-building skills Note: This position requires standing for extended periods Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): While not mandatory, the following are advantageous: Additional certifications or training related to assembly operations Experience in a similar role within the mobility or manufacturing sector Technologies: Familiarity with specialised tools or equipment pertinent to assembly operations How to apply: Join our client's team and make a difference in the mobility industry!
