Our client, a specialist manufacturing provider based in High Wycombe, is seeking Assembly Technicians to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a quality-driven environment, contributing to the assembly of innovative products used across major projects throughout the UK and internationally.
This role is available on a temporary and temp-to-perm basis, offering long-term potential for the right candidate
Key Duties:
* Assembling bespoke product systems to specification
* Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings
* Supporting project delivery and meeting production deadlines
* Providing technical assembly support to internal teams
* Maintaining quality standards across all builds
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
Key Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Proactive, flexible and reliable attitude
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
* Basic IT skills and organised working style
* Practical or DIY-related skills/interest
Desirable Experience:
* Manufacturing or assembly experience
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Electrical or joinery background
* Forklift Truck licence (advantageous)
