This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity
to assist in
running an established & successful branch, help lead a great team, and make a real impact on performance and customer experience
.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customers at the trade counter & over the phone
Help with loading and general branch duties
Work with the Branch Manager to improve performance
Supervise and motivate the team
Support delivery of the branch sales plan
Manage stock levels and replenishment
Ensure safe and efficient daily operations (H&S)
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Provide cover for the Branch Manager
Support the branch with other duties as required
Requirements / Skills:
Experience in a supervisory or management role
Customer-focused mindset
Strong organisation and admin skills
Confident communicator
Good sales awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to build strong relationships
Friendly, professional, team-focused approach
