🔧 The Role:
* Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and tenders
* Reviewing drawings and project specifications
* Gathering supplier and subcontractor quotations
* Supporting senior estimators with live tenders
* Maintaining tender documentation and records
* Learning full estimating lifecycle
✅ Requirements:
* Previous experience in construction (admin, trainee estimator, assistant level)
* Ideally exposure to decorating, interiors, or passive fire
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Good IT skills (Excel, etc.)
* Ambition to build a long-term career in estimating
