Working closely with the Finance Business Partner and senior leaders across the organisation, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision‑making.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied, stakeholder‑focused role and is motivated by the challenge of supporting a complex, multi‑faceted educational environment.Key Responsibilities Support the Finance Business Partner in delivering insightful financial analysis and reporting Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning Provide clear, data‑driven advice to non‑financial stakeholders across academic and operational departments Contribute to the development of a sustainable financial model that supports the organisation's strategic goals Help drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and controls Build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation, acting as a credible and approachable finance contactWhat you'll need to succeed We're looking for someone who brings both technical strength and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be: Part‑qualified or newly qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent Analytical, curious, and confident working with complex data Comfortable influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels Commercially aware, with an understanding of the financial dynamics of independent schools (or a willingness to learn) Proactive, organised, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery Passionate about contributing to an organisation with a meaningful educational mission What you'll get in return Flexible working options available.
