They are looking for a full-timeAssistant Headteacher - KS1 to start in August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent KS1 Teacher with proven experience raising achievement and coaching to support improved teaching and learning in Key Stage 1. They believe schools flourish when their people flourish. The job responsibilities include: The Assistant Headteacher - KS1 holds strategic and operational responsibility for Key Stage 1. The school has over 10 forms of entry on Year 1 and Year 2. As the Assistant Headteacher - KS1, you'll ensure that the provision across Key Stage 1 reflects the highest standards of teaching, learning, safeguarding, and pastoral care. The successful applicant will work in collaboration with the Primary Senior Management team to ensure outstanding outcomes for their students. You will not have a class teacher responsibility, but you'll be in class coaching and curriculum planning. You'll also be required to cover in the event of an absence.
