This assistant quantity surveyors role will be a mixture of site and office work working on multimillion pound projects for big name clients on high profile schemes. Assistant Quantity Surveying Role Play a vital role in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Site Measurement, valuations, variations Cost Value Reconciliations Cost Reporting and forecasting Work to the highest standards. Career advancement, training and development with the team. Responsibilities 1. Preparing and submitting applications for payment to clients. 2. Pricing variations and maintaining accurate cost tracking. 3. Issuing notifications to clients in line with contractual obligations. 4. Coordinating the issuing and management of construction drawings. 5. Supporting the preparation and finalization of valuations and accounts. 6. Monitoring project budgets and conducting detailed cost analysis. 7. Assisting with the procurement of materials and subcontractor services. Your should ideally have either a Quantity Surveying degree or be working towards it HNC or HND in Construction or Civil Engineering Ideally an understanding of the basics of civil engineering. Up to £35000 per year Plus package
