Assistant Quantity Surveyor Based in Victoria Permanent £35,000 per annum + Car Allowance Salary: £35,000 per annum + Car Allowance Hours: 42.5per week Details: The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial team in delivering cladding remediation projects, ensuring accurate cost management, compliance with contractual obligations, and effective financial reporting. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their career in construction cost management within a specialized sector focused on building safety and façade remediation. Qualifications Essential Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline/ Will accept working towards Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial software (e.g., COINS, Causeway). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Desirable Experience in cladding remediation or façade works or similar Knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts. Understanding of building safety regulations and compliance requirements
