Associate Acoustic Consultant Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in office) Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 + Competitive Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Acoustic Consultant (Building Acoustics) to join a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy in London. The successful candidate will work across a diverse portfolio of high-profile developments, supporting projects across residential, commercial, education, healthcare and mixed-use sectors. Responsibilities will include: • Delivering building acoustics and environmental noise assessments across a range of development projects • Preparing high-quality technical reports and acoustic assessments • Advising clients, architects and design teams on acoustic design solutions • Managing project delivery from proposal through to completion • Supporting business development and client relationship management • Mentoring and supporting junior consultants within the team • Contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the acoustics team Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have: • 6+ years' experience within acoustics consultancy • Experience delivering projects across residential and commercial developments • Strong technical knowledge of UK acoustic standards and guidance (e.g. BB93, BS8233, ProPG, Building Regulations Part E) • Membership of the Institute of Acoustics (IOA) or working towards Chartered status Candidates at Principal or Associate level will be considered depending on experience.
