Associate Director – Head of Façade Access Location: London Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits We are currently seeking an Associate Director – Head of Façade Access to lead and develop a growing façade access consultancy service based in London. This is a senior leadership opportunity combining technical expertise, project delivery, business development, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping façade access strategies for major projects while expanding client relationships and helping to grow the consultancy’s presence in the market. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop façade access consultancy services across a range of projects * Provide technical leadership on façade access strategy, design, and implementation * Manage and deliver projects from concept through to completion * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Identify and support new business opportunities * Lead, mentor, and develop team members * Ensure compliance with relevant standards and best practice in façade access systems Requirements * Ideally 8+ years’ experience in façade access consultancy, design, or engineering * Strong technical understanding of façade access systems and strategies * Experience leading projects and managing client relationships * Commercial awareness and ability to support business development * Strong communication and leadership skills Package * Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 * Bonus: 15% performance bonus * Pension: 8% employer contribution * Company Car * Location: London This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a specialist service, influence major projects, and play a key role in the growth of a consultancy team
