We are expanding our services in façade access consultancy and are looking for a dynamic professional to lead and grow this practice in London. Role Overview We are seeking an Associate Director – Head of Façade Access to provide technical leadership, manage projects, drive business development, and support team growth. This is a pivotal role for a professional with expertise in façade access strategies and a vision for expanding client relationships. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight, ensuring our façade access solutions meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and innovation. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage façade access projects from design through delivery. * Develop and implement façade access strategies for new and existing buildings. * Support business development activities to expand client relationships and service offerings. * Mentor and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. * Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. * Provide technical guidance and thought leadership within the consultancy.
