Associate Quantity Surveyor

The Cost Management Director of a Chartered Property Consultancy is seeking a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor who has the ambition to help build the brand of the Quantity Surveying division.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working closely with the Director, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, including a £30m life sciences laboratory, a marina village development, residential schemes, and a commercial film studio.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will also support the growth and development of the Quantity Surveying team through mentoring and leadership.

MRICS
PQS / Cost Consultancy / Cost Management experience
Currently acting as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
Comfortable delivering projects independently
Excellent technical knowledge, pre and post contract
