Associate Tutor (Self-Employed) — Tailored Education Solutions (TES) About Us: Tailored Education Solutions (TES) arose from two passionate educators’ recognition of the need for a more inclusive and personalised approach to education. Their focus: students with diverse learning needs, especially those who have been out of education for extended periods. We are seeking experienced Associate Tutors to provide high-quality 1:1 support for children and young people, including learners with SEND, neurodiversity, disrupted education, medical needs, and EOTAS packages. What you’ll do * Deliver 1:1 tutoring (face-to-face and online) * Plan and adapt sessions to meet individual needs * Build strong relationships with learners and families * Track progress and feedback appropriately * Work in line with safeguarding and professional boundaries A successful candidate will have: * Qualified and experienced educators and tutors * Confident adapting teaching for a range of needs and contexts * Strong communication and reliability * Comfortable using digital tools for online tuition * Enhanced DBS required.
