Auction Legal Co-ordinator
Job Description Key Responsibilities * Read and review auction legal packs to ensure all properties meet compliance requirements before being listed for auction. * Update marketing literature and documentation to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance at all times. * Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage and resolve incoming queries effectively. * Use initiative to identify and resolve issues that may prevent a sales lead from progressing. * Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to continuous service improvement. * Carry out any additional duties as required by the Line Manager. Essential Requirements * Strong numeracy and literacy skills. * Proven ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. * Accurate data entry and confident typing skills. * Excellent attention to detail. * Strong technical proficiency across standard office systems and tools. * Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. * Highly organised approach with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Preferred (Not Essential) * Experience working in a conveyancing role at any level
