Location: Norwich Salary: £39,043 – £42,170 per annum Contract: Full-time, Permanent An established and community-focused hearing care provider is seeking a qualified Audiologist to join its growing service in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a patient-centred environment delivering high-quality, evidence-based audiology care. The Role You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive audiology service, ensuring accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing rehabilitation for service users. Key Responsibilities * Conduct full audiological assessments including: * Detailed case history and clinical interview * Otoscopy * Pure-tone air and bone conduction audiometry (including masking) * Loudness discomfort levels * Use of validated outcome measures such as GHABP and COSI * Assess hearing, communication needs, and participation restrictions * Develop personalised care plans aligned with patient expectations * Fit and programme a range of digital hearing aids, including taking aural impressions * Provide hearing rehabilitation, advice, and signposting to relevant support services * Deliver follow-up appointments and long-term aftercare (up to five years) * Maintain accurate patient records and produce reports within agreed timescales * Support compliance with national clinical standards and accreditation frameworks * Assist with clinic scheduling, stock control, and supplier liaison * Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and KPI achievement * Support marketing and promotional activity where required * Work collaboratively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams About You * Qualified Audiologist with relevant professional registration * Experience delivering comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitation services * Confident in hearing aid fitting, adjustments, and aftercare * Strong report writing and documentation skills * Able to manage a diverse caseload, including patients with additional or complex needs * Committed to high standards of clinical governance and patient safety * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What’s on Offer * Competitive salary * Opportunity to work within a supportive, community-driven environment * Involvement in service development and quality accreditation processes * Meaningful role supporting individuals with hearing loss
