Auditor – Newly Qualified

The Role A well-established, small to medium-sized chartered accountancy practice based in the heart of Stourbridge is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Auditor to join their growing audit team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone qualified within practice who is looking to develop their audit career in a friendly, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities * Planning, leading and completing audit assignments * Supervising and supporting junior members of the audit team * Liaising directly with clients throughout the audit process * Ensuring audit work is completed to a high technical standard * Assisting with the development of audit processes and best practice Candidate Requirements * Newly qualified (ACA / ACCA) * ESSENTIAL: Qualified within an accountancy practice * Strong audit experience gained in a practice environment * Experience preparing accounts would be beneficial but not essential * Confident communicator with a professional approach to clients * Organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines effectively The Practice & Benefits * Friendly, close-knit team environment * Small / medium-sized practice with a personal, non-corporate feel * Fully office-based role in central Stourbridge * Free parking * Pension scheme * Flexible working hours available * Competitive salary (£45,000 – £55,000), with flexibility for the right individual This role would suit a newly qualified auditor who values a supportive practice culture, flexibility, and long-term progression within a stable firm
