Apply NowWe’re hiring for an Auto Electrician to join a specialist engineering business based in Little Hulton, working on custom-built vehicles for technical applications.
What’s on offer?
* £33,000 p/a
* Mon – Fri |7am - 3:30pm OR 8am – 4:30pm
* Early finish on Fridays
* Annual health checks
* 24/7 virtual GP access
* 7.5% pension scheme
* Annual salary review
* Death in service (3x annual salary – 6x for those who have dependants)
* 14-week parental leave

What will you be doing as an Auto Electrician?
* Installing wiring systems and electrical components into specialist vehicles
* Working with equipment such as inverters, lighting, solar panels, and heating systems
* Building and installing wiring looms and split charge systems
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on vehicles
* Reading and working from electrical drawings and schematics
* Supporting full vehicle builds alongside mechanical and joinery teams
* Ensuring all work meets high quality and safety standards
What will you need?
* Previous experience as an Auto Electrician or similar
* Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems
* Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs
* Confident using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and meters
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach
