This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, simplifying repetitive processes and helping teams work more efficiently through practical technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Build simple automated workflows for internal processes.
* Support integrations between CRM, marketing, finance and support tools.
* Test, document and maintain automation workflows.
* Investigate workflow errors and support issue resolution.
* Identify repetitive tasks that could be automated.
* Assist with process mapping and improvement initiatives.
About You
* Interest in automation, systems and process improvement.
* Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n or similar tools is beneficial.
* Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
* Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks or data formats is advantageous.
* Ability to work carefully with business data and system access
