To keep a customer demands as much skill as to win one." – American Proverb Service Advisor – Specialist Independent Workshop £34,000 – £38,000 Basic + ~£4,000 Annual Bonus Monday to Friday | 8:00 – 18:00 | No Weekends Haslemere Area We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent specialist looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their growing team. This is a business that focuses on doing things properly — not pushing volume — with a strong reputation for quality and customer care. The Role You’ll act as the key link between the workshop and the customer, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout. * Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance and repair * Keeping customers updated and managing expectations * Liaising closely with technicians on job progress * Preparing estimates and final invoices * Delivering consistently high levels of customer service What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade * Ideally experience with BMW or premium brands * Strong communication and organisational skills * A professional, customer-focused approach * Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points) What’s On Offer * £34,000 – £38,000 basic salary * Annual bonus of approximately £4,000 (paid in November) * Monday to Friday only – no weekends * 21 days holiday + bank holidays * Onsite parking * Team events and Christmas party * Stable, supportive working environment Other Opportunities & Referral Scheme If this role isn’t quite right but you’re looking for something else in the automotive sector, please get in touch — at ASI Automotive Recruitment we’re committed to finding the right opportunity for you.
