Automotive Technical Trainer

Our client, a leader in the automotive education sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Automotive Technical Trainer to join their team in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a blend of hands-on workshop training, classroom sessions, virtual classrooms, and live broadcasts
Develop and update learning content, including new-model launch training
Attend brand and factory events, including product launches and factory accreditation programmes
Inspire technicians of all experience levels to be the best in the industry
Carry out any other reasonable duties as defined by line management

Job Requirements:

Experience in teaching or training within the automotive sector
A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to share that passion with others
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners
Proactive and able to manage own time effectively
Commitment to continuous personal development
Ability to commute to Milton Keynes daily
Experience with commercial or light commercial vehicles is desirable
