An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior AV Technician to join a leading law firm in Central London.
This is a hands on position supporting a modern AV estate across meeting rooms, boardrooms, client facing spaces, hybrid collaboration environments, and live events. You'll play a key role in ensuring meeting room technology is operating flawlessly and providing a first class experience for both internal users and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room technologies
ā¢ Troubleshoot AV, video conferencing, audio, display, and connectivity issues
ā¢ Carry out room readiness checks and preventative maintenance
ā¢ Support hybrid meetings, presentations, hearings, webinars, and corporate events
ā¢ Provide technical support for senior stakeholders and client facing meetings
ā¢ Manage firmware updates and system health checks
ā¢ Maintain AV documentation and support procedures
ā¢ Liaise with AV vendors and service providers when required
ā¢ Work closely with IT and Facilities teams to maintain high service standards
Requirements:
ā¢ Experience supporting enterprise AV systems within a corporate environment
ā¢ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms
ā¢ Experience with technologies such as Q-SYS, Crestron, Shure, or Sennheiser
ā¢ Experience supporting hybrid meetings and video conferencing technologies
ā¢ Strong fault finding and troubleshooting skills
ā¢ Excellent communication and customer service skills
ā¢ Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders in a professional environment
Desirable:
ā¢ Experience within legal, professional services, or corporate environments
ā¢ CTS, Q-SYS, Crestron, or other AV certifications
ā¢ Experience supporting executive meeting rooms and client facing spaces
