The Role
You’ll move from hands-on engineering into a structured training environment, delivering both theoretical and practical instruction.

What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver EASA & UK CAA Part 66 training (theory + practical)
Instruct on specialist aviation technical skills
Support exams as an Examiner / Invigilator
Maintain and improve training materials and course content

If you’ve come from:
Royal Air Force (Aircraft Tech / Avionics / Mechanical)
British Army REME (Aviation / Aircraft support)
Royal Navy Air EngineeringYou’ll already have:

What We’re Looking For
Aviation maintenance qualification
Ideally an instructional qualification (training can be provided)
Minimum 5 years industry experience
Comfortable delivering training and engaging groups
IT literate (MS Office)
Full UK driving licence
Able to pass enhanced DBSPackage
£48,000 – £54,000 DOE
25 days holiday + bank holidays
