B2 Engineer
Our client, operating in the aerospace MRO sector, is seeking a B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join their team at their facility in the South West. With a 40-year heritage in rotary aviation and a well-established reputation for maintaining Leonardo aircraft, this permanent role offers the chance to contribute to a respected and dynamic business. Key Responsibilities: Provide and communicate regular engineering reports to the Head of Maintenance/Head of Department Certify work within the scope of company authorisations Carry out both line and base maintenance at any of the facilities, and off-site upon customer demand Undertake all tasks related to aircraft maintenance Ensure the highest quality and standards of work in aircraft, components, and documentation Maintain facilities, equipment, and premises to an acceptable standard Debrief operational crew members to accurately define and record defects Analyse and interpret technical aircraft information Work with other Departments to ensure smooth business operations Ensure compliance with industry requirements and authorities such as CAA and EASA Adhere to all Continuing Professional Development requirements relevant to company policies and reporting authorities Manage all maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring safety is a priority Job Requirements: Licensed Aircraft Engineer with experience on EC145 / H145, Airbus EC 135 / H135, and/or AW139 Strong background in aircraft maintenance Proven ability to certify work within company authorisations Excellent communication skills for reporting and debriefing Proficiency in analysing and interpreting technical data Commitment to maintaining high standards of work and compliance with industry regulations Eligibility to work and live in the UK, with the ability to hold security clearance Benefits: Competitive salary 31 days annual leave including bank holidays Additional day to celebrate your birthday Extra holiday between Boxing Day and New Year's Up to 5% employer pension contribution Employee-funded private health scheme, with an option to include family members Income Protection Cover
