Band 6 Pharmacist

The Start date is ASAP and is ongoing for 3 months, this is a full-time role. Must be GPHC registered. Job Description: You will be providing pharmaceutical care as a complete package across the hospital medication process to increase the effectiveness and quality of patient care.
