Apply NowWe are looking for an experienced training professional with previous experience in Mental Health and /or Learning Disability services to support across Maidstone and Dartford.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver violence reduction, de escaltion & restriction practice training.
* Clinical risk & Social Care Certificate training
* Plan and facilitate engaging training sessions, both in a group setting and 1-1.
* Mentor junior trainers and promote best practice
* Maintain training records and national standards
* Work with stakeholders to identify addtional areas of development
Essential Criteria
* Health & Social Care Qualification
* Staff training and development experience
* Strong communication skills
* Thorough knowlege of restrictive practice legislation
