Requirements

* Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or a relevant childcare qualification (essential).

* Previous experience working with children in an early years, school, nursery or wraparound care setting.

* A sound understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and the importance of promoting children's welfare.

* A positive, enthusiastic and caring approach with the ability to build strong relationships with children.

* Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.

* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

What We Offer

* Competitive rates of pay.

* A welcoming and supportive working environment.

* Opportunities for training and continued professional development.

* The chance to make a real difference to children's daily experiences and development.

* A rewarding role within a friendly and dedicated team.

If you are a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Early Years or Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role within an after-school club, we would love to hear from you.
