Pertemps Education are supporting a fantastic Secondary school in West London looking for Behaviour Mentors to work with students in KS3 and KS4 who require additional behavioural support.
This is a rewarding role for someone who understands how to remain calm under pressure, set clear boundaries, and help young people re-engage with their learning.
You will:
Support students displaying challenging behaviour
Act as a positive role model and mentor
Work within classrooms and pastoral spaces
Help students regulate emotions and return to learningWe are looking for candidates who:
Have experience working in schools
Are confident in behaviour management
Have a patient, consistent and firm approach
Can build trust with secondary-aged pupilsCompetitive daily rate | Potential permanent role from September
