Do you have experience working with pupils who require behavioural support? Are you able to travel to Lewisham? If the answer is yes to all the above, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you!! The Role – Behaviour Mentor For this Behaviour Mentor role, you will work closely with pupils in both KS1 and KS2 who display challenging behaviours. Your role will involve promoting positive conduct, supporting emotional regulation and helping pupils remain engaged in their learning. You will collaborate with class teachers and the SEN team to implement effective behaviour strategies and provide consistent guidance throughout the school day. The ideal candidate will be calm, patient and proactive, with a strong understanding of behaviour management approaches. Prior experience supporting children with challenging behaviour is preferred.
