The successful candidate will play a key role in helping students re-engage with education, develop positive behaviours, and build the confidence and skills needed to succeed both in school and beyond.

We are looking for someone who can:

* Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils who may be disengaged from education

* Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour and emotional support

* Implement behaviour strategies in line with school policy

* Support de-escalation and positive intervention techniques

* Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and external agencies

* Promote a safe, structured and supportive learning environment

The ideal candidate will:

* Be calm, patient and resilient under pressure

* Have strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Be committed to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable learners

* Be a positive role model for young people

In return, we offer a supportive and experienced team, ongoing training in behaviour management and safeguarding, and the opportunity to make a genuine and lasting impact on young lives
