A number of schools are seeking experienced Behaviour Mentors to support students with SEMH needs.
The Role:
You will work closely with students who require additional behavioural support, helping them stay engaged and manage emotions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 behaviour support
Support emotional regulation
Build positive relationships
Work alongside pastoral teamsThe Ideal Candidate:
Experience with challenging behaviour
Calm and resilient approach
