Behaviour Support Assistant / 1:1 Teaching Assistant Start Date: June 2025 (Continuing into the new academic year) Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a Year 3 pupil. This role will begin in June 2025 and continue into the following academic year, offering consistency and the opportunity to build a strong, supportive relationship with the pupil. The successful candidate will be working closely with a male student who requires additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
