About the Behaviour Support Assistant Role As a Behaviour Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include: * Providing 1:1 and small‑group support to students with behavioural needs * Implementing behaviour intervention strategies and support plans * Supporting teachers and pastoral teams in maintaining a positive, calm learning environment * Using effective de-escalation techniques when needed * Building trust and rapport with students to encourage positive behaviour and engagement ✔️ Essential Requirements To be considered for the Behaviour Support Assistant role, you must have: * Previous experience working in a UK secondary school (this is essential) * Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills * A resilient, supportive, and professional approach * A genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning ✨ Why Work with Milk Education?
