Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 behaviour support and small group support in schools or care settings
• Use Team Teach de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviour
• Support pupils with SEN, autism, ADHD, and social, emotional & mental health needs (SEMH)
• Implement and follow behaviour support plans
• Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
Requirements:
• Team Teach training (preferred) or willingness to complete training
• Experience in behaviour support, care work, youth work, or education
• Strong understanding of de-escalation strategies and behaviour management
• Calm, patient, and proactive approach
