Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant (1:1) - Wirral | Flexible Roles Available

Are you a compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are currently recruiting for Behavioural Support Teaching Assistants to work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who require extra support in the classroom across schools in the Wirral.

We have short-term, long-term, and day-to-day opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

About the role:

Providing dedicated 1:1 support for pupils with behavioural needs

Helping students stay engaged, focused, and on task

Supporting emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour strategies

Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement support plans

We're looking for:

Experience working with children with SEND and/or behavioural needs

A calm, patient, and consistent approach

Relevant qualifications or training (Team Teach or similar is desirable but not essential)
