About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced Bench Joiners and Cabinet Makers for a range of workshop-based opportunities in Oxford and across the UK. These roles involve producing high-quality bespoke joinery, fitted furniture, cabinetry, and specialist woodwork to exceptional standards.
Successful candidates will have strong woodworking experience, a keen eye for detail, and pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Opportunities are available within both small specialist workshops and larger manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
*
Manufacture bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and furniture to a high standard
*
Work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications
*
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
*
Assemble and finish bespoke products with excellent attention to detail
*
Work independently or as part of a workshop team to meet production deadlines
*
Maintain a clean and organised working environment
Requirements
*
Strong understanding of traditional and modern joinery techniques
*
Ability to work accurately to fine tolerances
*
Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools
*
Reliable, motivated, and quality-driven approach
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Job Details

Full-time and part-time opportunities available
*
Pay: £18.00 – £22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
*
Locations: Oxford and various locations across the UK
*
Applicants should be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate where required
