The Role
PSK Design are looking for an experienced BIM Technician to join our BIM team. You will produce data-rich 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using Autodesk Revit, working across a varied portfolio of projects and sectors.
Working alongside the BIM Manager, engineers and designers, you will play an important role in delivering coordinated, high-quality models that meet project requirements and client expectations.
The BIM Technician will be responsible for:

Produce and manage high-quality Revit MEP models, 2D drawings, views, sheets and project information.
*
Coordinate building services using clash detection, reviewing and resolving issues across multiple disciplines.
*
Review and integrate external models, supporting model reviews and producing change documentation where required.
*
Support project teams with BIM workflows, CDE systems (Dalux), automation tools and document control procedures.
*
Take ownership of modelling tasks, support coordinated project delivery and share knowledge with junior team members.
The BIM Technician will have:

Experience working as a BIM Technician.
*
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with solid MEP modelling experience.
*
Confident using Navisworks and Dalux, with an understanding of clash detection and CDE workflows.
*
Able to work independently, manage workloads effectively and meet tight project deadlines.
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to mentor junior colleagues.
