BIM Technician – – Immediate Start Available! Stourbridge Are you a Revit & COBie expert who loves turning complex models into client-ready deliverables? We’re looking for a talented and proactive BIM Technician to join our growing team and provide essential support to our Design Engineers on exciting projects across the UK. What you’ll be doing: * Deliver first-class Revit support to the Design Engineering team * Handle client Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) at tender stage * Set up and manage models – templates, coordinates, model bridging & more * Keep our CAD/Revit libraries organised and up to date * Create and maintain compliant, COBie-ready Revit families * Populate the Revit model with full COBie data to meet client deadlines * Liaise confidently with designers and clients throughout the project What you need: * Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (modelling & families) * In-depth experience inputting COBie data into Revit * Solid experience as a CAD operator * Excellent working knowledge of ISO 19650 * Good communication skills and attention to detail * Ability to work to company and client BIM/CAD standards Personal qualities: * Reliable, self-motivated and happy to work unsupervised * A real team player who takes pride in delivering quality on time Why join us?
