Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 DOE + Overtime (OTE £60k+) + £5,000 Car Allowance
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Overview
We are recruiting for a leading independent BMS specialists, one of the oldest and largest in the UK, delivering high-profile commercial projects across London and the Southeast. Due to continued growth, they are seeking BMS Commissioning Engineers at all levels.
Role
* Commissioning of BMS systems (Trend / Tridium / Niagara)
* Point-to-point checks, functional testing, system validation
* Fault finding and diagnostics
* Working alongside Project Managers and site teams
* Leading commissioning activities on larger projects (senior level)
Requirements
* Experience with Trend and/or Tridium (Niagara)
* ALC experience desirable
* Strong HVAC / building services knowledge
* Previous BMS commissioning experience
* Ability to read schematics and control strategies
* Full UK driving licence
Package
* £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
* £5,000 car allowance
* Regular overtime available (OTE £60k+)
* Overtime rates: time and a half (Saturday), double time (Sunday)
* Strong career progression
* Long-term project pipeline
