As part of a dedicated technical team, you’ll be involved in the installation, servicing, commissioning and ongoing optimisation of a wide range of BMS and HVAC control systems. The company works with a variety of industry‑leading platforms such as Siemens, Trend, Tridium, Distech, and Landis & Staefa, giving you exposure to diverse technologies and system architectures. Services include preventative maintenance, energy‑management optimisation, system upgrades, and delivering detailed diagnostic reports to support improved building performance. Responsibilities * Commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting Building Management Systems (e.g., Tridium, Distech, TREND). * Performing routine and preventive maintenance on BMS/HVAC control systems. * Programming and configuring BMS controllers and networking devices. * Ensuring compliance with industry standards and health & safety requirements. Required Skills & Experience * Experience with BMS systems, HVAC controls, and building automation technology. * Understanding of networking protocols and system integration principles. * Proficiency in BMS programming (Tridium, TREND, Distech, or similar platforms). * Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. * Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
