BMS Manager

BMS & Controls Engineering Manager We’re hiring for a BMS Manager to join the engineering leadership team at a brand-new, flagship development in Central London. The BMS Manager will play a key role in the operation of the building’s smart systems. With all systems and plant being newly installed, the BMS Manager will lead the management and optimisation of the BMS while overseeing a small specialist team. Responsibilities for a BMS Manager * Leading the operation and maintenance of the building management system across the site * Managing and developing the BMS maintenance programme * Monitoring system performance, alarms and environmental conditions through the BMS * Acting as the technical lead for all BMS and controls related matters on site * Managing change control processes across BMS software, hardware and documentation * Identifying system improvements to enhance building resilience and performance * Carrying out technical reviews, inspections and audits of control systems Requirements * Experience working as a BMS Manager, BMS Engineering Manager or Senior BMS Engineer * Strong experience with Tridium / Niagara BMS systems * Good understanding of HVAC and building services systems * Experience leading engineers or managing a small technical team * Strong fault finding and system diagnostic experience within building controls What’s On Offer for a BMS Manager * Annual bonus, car allowance and generous package. * Managing BMS systems within a brand-new flagship building in Central London * Free breakfast, lunch and dinner on site * On-site gym facilities * Strong career progression within a global FM provider
