Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a BMS Project Manager to cover the Yorkshire region.

This role offers a great degree of autonomy managing your time and diary and necessary.

The position works with one of the most established Building management systems (BMS) companies in the UK. Working on a range of BMS Projects.

Salary & Benefits;

£65,000 - £70,000
Car or Car Allowance + EV Salary Sacrifice scheme
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday and rising with service
7.5% Pension rising to 10%

The Role:

This position plays an integral role within the business in a key commercial delivery role.
Full cost management of all BMS Projects
Attending site progress meetings when required, including project management review meetings and producing weekly project reports
Prepare monthly revenue forecast and reports
Responsible for procurement of control items
Approving control panel drawings and designs

Requirements:

Strong ability to work well as part of a team
Commercial awareness
Technical expertise within the BMS / HVAC sector
Good attention to detail
Experienced delivering BMS Projects
